At Joint Supplements, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a clear and fair process.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, provided the product meets our return criteria.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Returns that arrive in altered, used, or incomplete condition may not qualify for a refund. Shipping fees for non-defective returns may be deducted from the refund amount.
